• You are allowed to cuss 24/7, just not excessively or directed at anyone.

  • People with children: People with children ultimately are the ones in charge of their children and their device if they don’t want their children to hear an 18 and over Channel then they need to have ear phones or disconnect.

  • No one underage can have their own account they will have to use their parents device with their parents present.

  • During late night language is a little more open then during the day .

• Music or noise makers are NOT allowed being played on the channel from any radio or device due to the fact it normally causes disruptions while people are having conversation… 

  • However singing is allowed.  We want people to be able to express themselves.

• Clarifying guidelines on discussion of Marijuana:    

  • Times are changing and we have to keep current. This is a Hot Topic people will want to discuss this subject.

  • As Americans we believe in freedom of speech and states rights.

  • Some other countries like Canada have totally legalized it

  • The United States is headed that way.

  • Many say this is helpful for their medical conditions.

  • We are an 18 and over Channel so discussion of marijuana will be allowed.

• Discussion of recreational use of heavier drugs or illegal drugs is not allowed or condoned.

• Discussion of Religion is allowed

• Discussion of Politics is now allowed.

• Freedom of speech is vitally important to us.

• What is NOT allowed is Drama

  • If a conversation starts to get heated it must be stopped and the subject should be changed.

  • Remember keep It Drama-Free

There are four simple rules to abide by when talking over the CB:

1. Speak clear and a little slower than normal. There’s no need to shout as the microphone amplifies your voice.

2. Keep the message as simple as possible. Your intended listeners might not know all the CB lingo you do.

3. Keep your message short and to the point.

4. Don’t send any confidential information over a channel. Remember, this is Citizens Band radio; therefore, you don’t have exclusive use of the frequency.
